Slip N Slide Pool Party at the House

My lil nephew Boo Boo spraying the water hose while his mom is getting wet from being thrown into the pool for her birthday suprise. And my back is still aching from first degree sun burn but life goes on. I went to visit my friend who is a dealer at the casino and we had a nice dinner. Thanks Loanne if you are reading this Blog for the dinner. Next up... Preview of the movie on May 11, 2008 at CSULB private screening only...

Weekend was a Blast! Bo-Dee is Back!!

This past weekend was a blast! We celebrated my brother and sister's birthdays with a 30 foot inflatable sliding pool. I got red neck syndrome for not applying all the sun screen over me. But the best news of all was Bo-Dee the English Bulldog is back at home with the fam bam! Thank you good samaritan for your cooperation. Bo-Dee is like a family member and he more than happy to come back home. The San Diego party was a blast, met a few people from myspace at the party. Thanks Bong Sam aka Superman for cordinating a great party. There will be more parties like that in the new future. Peace out!

Moira: Smile Now Cry Later

Some of the cast of the upcoming movie Moira:Smile Now Cry Later.... And yes we been waiting to darn long for this movie to finish production, but blame that on the editor/s. Hopefully this independent Cambodian/American movie is a blockbuster so we can begin work on the next up and coming film. Definetly looking for more Cambodian actors/actresses to play some key roles in any future movies production.

On the Grind.. All Day Everyday...

April, 2008 has been definetely a tough start of a tough year for myself and many others financially due to the slowing of the American economy. People just dont spend as much as they used to well because the dollar just doesn't buy that much nowadays. And the first thing people cut off from their budget are the unnecessary things such as entertainment. I can't blame them. You gotta put a roof over your head and food in your tummy before you can dance the night away at the club. Tonight is Thursday hip hop night in downtown Long Beach at Club Sync. I don't know if I even want to go. The parking is terrible. You got to park 2 blocks away pay for the parking and walk to the club. I think its one of the main drawback why people prefer to go to V20 in downtown Long Beach because the parking is waaay bigger and more convenient. Plus V20 has a large facility and lots of security. ( I know my boyz got thrown out by them hahahaha )Just grinding everyday doing what I got to do to pay the bills and put food in my tummy. By grinding I mean doing whatever necessary to make a dollar or two. I got a Khmer party coming up in San Diego on the 26th of April. My lead singers are Lor Bopha and So Sophek. I never met Bopha before but she is the last female on the right on the picture. So should be interesting. Lots of liquor and dancing and I'll call it a good night profit or no profit. If any of yall readers are in Diego or close to it check out the party. Peace Yall.

Bo-Dy Missing : (

Its been sad these couple of days for the family this week because my bro's and his wife lost their beloved Bo-Dy (left) this weekend at the park in Signal Hill, CA. Bo-Dy is the friendliest English Bull dog and is still a puppy at 7 months old. Unfortunately Bo-dy does not have a tag on him so who ever finds him can not contact the true owner. Bo-Dy was like one of the family members and even slept on the bed with the owners. If someone has any information on where Bo-Dy might be your help would be greatly appreciated.

2008 Cambodian New Year's in Long Beach

Well its that time of year again where all the Southeast Asians (Khmer, Laos, Thais, etc.) are celebrating their annual new year. This year the 2008 Cambodia Town parade took place on Sunday, April 6, 2008 in Central Long Beach. The only problem was I did not show up for this event like I usually do to support the Khmer community. I guess you can say it was due to laziness or because I've been there since it first started and got bored of it. Its like going to Disneyland for the first time and you get so awed but then when you live in Anahiem, CA, you just want to avoid the congestions and crowds. This weekend, April 12th and 13th is going to be non stop partying for the Khmer people in Long Beach. I could count over 10 locations where parties are being held.. but like the annual Khmer new years parade... I'm really not in the mood to party to much. Already party my butt of for 6 months straight and now I just want to slow down. I'm sure the annual parade was a blast and the upcoming El Dorado Park picnic/meeting is going to go good also. If I don't show up to the parties and park this weekend I wish my friends/families/associates a happy Khmer New Years.

First Day on E-Blog

Dont really know what to say right now.. but the U.S. economy sucks in one word or another.. Gas is creeping up to $4.00/gallon soon in California. I filled up my suv the other day with a credit card and went to clean my windows and when I came back because the pump had finish, the amount read $51.40. Yikes!! Had to buy some drinks for the house and a gallon of orange juice cost $5.00. I don't think anybody can survive in California on a job paying less than $12/hr. I've been unemployed/not working for over 6 months busy setting up the entertainment biz and partying also....and now those days of endless partying is paying its price!
